I was treated better at John Lee than the other dealerships

I didn't know anyone at the dealership when I arrived. I generally buy my vehicles from people I know in the community. However I was impressed with the friendly sales staff and manager. I was treated better at John Lee than the other dealerships I have traded with in the past. Rating: 5 stars

Incredible Warranty

Without all the pressure and hassle of other dealerships.

We already had a 2009 Pro-4x Titan, but the unlimited warranty, rebates, and awesome service dept. made us want to come here to purchase a new vehicle. We looked at other companies, and the Titan is by far the best looking truck with the most features, and the staff is always welcoming, supportive, and knowledgable of what they're selling. Most of all, they sell you a truck without all the pressure and hassle of other dealerships. Rating: 5 stars

Extremely Nice, Helpful and Honest

I found all the people, from the salesmen to the manager of the dealership to be extremely nice, helpful and honest. I was taken for two demonstration rides and shown all the features of the car I was interested in. I was not pressured to make a decision, which I appreciated. I am thrilled about the car I picked out: Altima, with leather seats, Bose sound system, and many other features! Before I left the dealership the folks were kind enough to go through each feature to be sure I knew how to operate everything on the vehicle. I will be coming back here again for my 3rd Nissan!..may not need to though because now I have a lifetime warranty! Rating: 5 stars

Brittany & Levi: Went above and beyond to get parts ordered for me while you were having phone issues.

Brittany was passing messages and information to Levi in Parts to get parts ordered for me. She always answered in a polite/professional manner.
