I recently had body work performed on my Murano at your Collision Center. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided by Monty Cartrett. He is one of the most customer oriented Service Managers I?e ever dealt with. He kept me thoroughly informed throughout the process, worked with the insurance company, rental car agency, and even gave me advice on maintaining my newly painted surfaces. Comments:I actually just wanted to say thank you to Chris in your service dept. I just purchase a Nissan Murano from a dealership here in Tallahassee, and was having trouble starting my car this morning because of the steering wheel locking feature I discovered today. I had tried many times to contact the dealership I purcahsed my car from but only reached voicemails and also tried to reach someone at the Nissan dealership here in Tallahassee but was just repeatedly sent to voicemails. I purchased my first two Nissans from you when it was Lloyd Nissan so I gave you guys a call and Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. He did not transfer me to anyone like the other dealerships had, all I did was explain the issue I was having and he told me what was wrong and how to fix it. He did not make me feel stupid for not realizing that my steering wheel had simply locked up on me. We all have dumb car moments and this was mine. Again I just wanted to say thank you to Chris for his help and that he is an asset to your company.
