My schedule day on April 5th was good. My service advisor, Teresa and the technician that work on my car got to work on it I'd say probably 15min after I got there. And I love the fact the technician made a video breakdown on what he had found and what things where good and things that needed to be worked on. I thought that was pretty cool and I love the detailed print that my service advisor Teresa made for me on the job or jobs that needed to be done and the cost of each job. That's was pretty cool. I'll most definitely be back to get my A/C system work on when I get the money to do so.

Working the the John Lee staff from when I fist contacted Joe Harris on my intentions to purchase a vehicle, to going thru the paper work with Patrick and having all the benefits offered from John Lee Nissan explained by the customer service rep, (Jackie i believe) I was getting the vehicle for may daughter and they we all tremendous in making her feel comfortable with the process and learning about the the gadgets on the new Altima. Update: Just Went to look for a car to replace our current 2018 Rogue. Had a great experience with Joseph (Joey) Harris who patiently assisted as he showed us multiple models and trim levels, new and used vehicles. We never received any pressure towards a particular model and He was very open about the different trims. Once we decided on a vehicle the sales process with extremely smooth.

We had a truly great experience with this dealership! When we pulled up less than an hour before closing, Jermal Tolver met us on the lot before we had our car fully in park. He listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. The selection of vehicles to choose from on this lot was remarkable! The whole team (Jermal, Anton, the gentleman who did the final cleaning, and the manager on duty) that stayed until 9 on a Friday night were so accommodating. Jermal was also very thorough making sure we knew all the bells and whistles of our new Rogue, and he worked to make sure that we had all the information we needed before we left. No one made us feel like an inconvenience or a bother for being so late. I had a 2018 Nissan Rogue that was totaled a few weeks ago. I have been completely devasted through this process as I absolutely LOVED my Rogue. I had been hesitant to drive and knew that I would need a new car so we started the search. I looked around at different makes and models and finally ended our day at John Lee Nissan in Panama City. Nothing felt more like "home" than when we met with Jermal Tolver and the group at John Lee. We looked at different Pathfinders to get a feel of what we wanted and needed. Jermal was patient, kind, very knowledgeable, and never once pressured us through the process. He was very aware of my hesitation for everything; safety, test driving, the needs our family needed, etc. and perfectly executed all of it with so much compassion on how the Pathfinder would fit all of those needs.
